Jana Hotaling
Financial Coordinator
Jana has been in the dentistry field since 2001. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She works in all facets of both account receivables and insurance. Jana enjoys assisting our patients with their financial and insurance needs. She works closely with CareCredit to aid our patients with financing alternatives & provides each patient with a pre-estimate of the dental treatment needed. Her goal is to provide every patient with an affordable financial plan for the dental treatment they need and deserve. She gathers insurance information, files insurance claims and works closely with each insurance carrier to aid in claim payments. She will gladly assist with any questions or concerns regarding patient accounts and looks forward each day to serving our patients with their financial concerns and strategies. Jana and her husband, Robert, reside in the Knoxville area & enjoy spending time with their two grown children.

Selena Basinger
Dental Hygienist
Selena has been practicing dental hygiene since 2001 with Dr. Parker. She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2000. With her gentle touch and eye for detail, Selena excels at making your dental cleanings not only comfortable but also enjoyable. Her priority is maintaining the dental health of her patients with care and compassion. She is the master at putting you at ease with her sunny smile and will keep you comfortable until you leave with one too! Selena finds Dental Hygiene to be a rewarding career because she enjoys helping others live healthy lives. .She resides in Newport, TN with her husband Russ and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Larrance
Dental Assistant
Sara attended Tennessee Technology Center of Knoxville and graduated in 2009 as a Licensed and Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys working alongside Dr. Parker and learning the new techniques dentistry has to offer. She looks forward to helping patients realize the importance of having excellent oral care. It is important to her that all her patients are comfortable and to assure them that they are getting the best dental care. Helping change a patients perception of the dentist and restoring smiles inspire her daily. She resides in Jefferson City, TN. When Sara is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors and watching movies with her beautiful family.

Holly McCarty
Dental Hygienist
Holly received her Dental Hygiene degree in 2012 from Hiwassee College. Her passion is helping educate her patients on how important their oral health is linked to their overall health. She strives for her patients to have a pleasant experience each dental visit. She loves the continued learning that her career offers, so that she can stay up to date on the best treatment options and education to offer her patients. Holly resides in Sevierville, TN. She is married to her husband Billy and loves spending time with their two boys Taylor, and Justin. She enjoys traveling , hiking, riding motorcycles, playing tennis and spending time with friends and family.
